Swill is independently published by Swillhouse, the team behind some of the most ground-breaking bars and restaurants in Sydney (including the Shady Pines Saloon, The Baxter Inn, Restaurant Hubert and Alberto's Lounge).

Each cover is cut by hand and printed locally by Art Director, Allie Webb. Much of the photography is captured on film, and Swillhouse work closely on both sides of the lens: with photographers to develop the stories they want to tell, and with writers from across the globe, from all walks of life.
